The Connies Glen Ellyn location catered a private party at our office on September 4th. The Branch manager Frank was extreemly helpful when planning our event. Even though our event was on the small size he treated us as if our satisfaction was his number one priority. They delivered exactly on time and the food was great. We will defintily be ordering from Connies again for our next PIZZA Party.
Thank You Connies 🙂
Trish Micus Glen EllynI have lived in Chicago all my life until I turned 20. I moved to Memphis, Tn. in 1990, and ooh how I miss the food from home. I am not a southern girl, strickly northern! I came home in June and attended the taste of chicago which I do every year. The first peice of food that entered my mouth, was one of Connie's deep dish sausage pizza which made me really appreciate the good food in chicago. Something that I can't get in Memphis. Keep up the outstanding job of having the best pizza chicago can offer! Miss you guys.
Neicy Memphis, TNI just wanted to say thanks and recognize the staff who were at Connie's in Naperville on Wednesday night, May 25th. We got there between 8:30 and 9:00 pm after my daughter's graduation. I didn't realize they closed at 9:00 and they didn't even blink an eye as they sat us and served us for over an hour. I thought it was a bit strange that no one else was there but it was one of those stormy nights and some of the businesses close by had lost their power, so I thought people either went home after graduation or assumed places would not be open because of the power outages.
Kathy Naperville, ILNow that I live in Michigan, I miss two things about Chicago - baseball and pizza. I try to get to at least one White Sox game a year, which allows me to enjoy watching my White Sox, and enjoy eating the best pizza in the world - Connies Pizza. This year I drove down with my family on July 4 to see the White Sox play, watch some fireworks and of course eat some pizza. We entered the ballpark and almost immediately noticed the concessions windows that said DiGiornos. Did I read that right? My kids asked 'isnt that grocery store pizza?' I answered yes in disbelief!
Bob Grand Rapids, MII remember working for the main post office downtown Chicago as a 18yr.old college student. The year was 1985, and the summer was very hot that year. One day at lunch time one of the senior employees over me came in the building with a slice of pizza that smelled and looked amazing. I asked her where did she get that pizza and she replied "from a truck outside" it's called CONNIES PIZZA. Well I ran out there to get a slice before my lunch ended, and my god, that was some of the best pizza i have ever tasted.
Maurice St. Louis, MOI was born and raised in Bridgeport, so I'd say that I'm spoiled, and a pizza snob, when it comes to "Good Pizza." I've been living in Louisiana for the last 15 years, and before that, San Diego for 10. Thank you Connies, for satisfying my pizza fix. I love that even though it's "Frozen" (I cringe at that word when it's in front of the word pizza) It tastes just like I remember when it was delivered to my house in Chicago. When ever I visit Chicago, I make sure to make atleast a couple visits to Connies. Thanks again. Jerry
Jerry Chicago (Bridgeport)i've been to many italian places and have tried Bruschetta from all over the place and Connies by far is THE BEST. i specifically go there for it! their thin pizza is great! loooove the stuffed cheese ravioli again the only place il eat that at. the service is always great. Can never go wrong with Connies =)
Jessica ChicagoI love Connie's Pizza, words can't just describe it!!! I celebrated my 26th Birthday @ the Connie's Archer Ave location with my family. My pizza party was such a hit, we celebrated my cousin Eddie's 19th birthday there too!!! Everything from the pizza to the ambiance was fantastic, especially the service from Edgar (Mgr), in our many visits to Connie's, Edgar always gives us a warm welcome and makes us feel at home. These are a few reasons why I love Connie's pizza and will be a customer for a lifetime and will continue my birthday pizza party a tradition.
Orlando S. Chicago (McKinley Park area)Being from down State Illinois I never heard of Connie's pizza. Connie's is an item on the Oberwies delivery menu and I am an Oberwies representative. I ordered two of the pizzas and it was the best pizza I have had and it was frozen for delivery. I checked out Connie's web site and discovered the rich history and endorsements rightfully acknowledged of Connie's Pizza. All I can say is I will be eating a lot of your pizzas and driving to your Naperville restaurant for the full menu.
Chuck Henry, ILDear Connie's: We love love love Connies frozen pizza! We are lucky enough to live in a neighborhood with many delicious pizza restaurants - but Connie's pizza is now our favorite. Perfect sauce - Great crust. Thanks Connie's!
