Above and beyond!

     We traveled to Chicago to see TOOL at Lollapalooza and after a very long day we had to eat before going back to our hotel.  We asked the cab driver where to get a good pizza and he took us to Connie's.  The waiter served us bread hot from the oven while we waited for our pizzza.  Nice.  We then were served the best pizza I have ever had.  Being from St. Louis I am used to thin crust, but this Chicago style pizza was so good I don't want to go back! 

     When we finished our meal we asked the hostess if she would call us a cab back to our hotel and she did.  We waited and waited...the cab never showed up.  The hostess (I wish I knew her name) was leaving for the night and saw that our cab had not come yet.  She then got a delivery guy to give us a ride back to our hotel!  He took us right up to the front door of the Chinatown Hotel, what a lifesaver!  He was really cool and would not even take any money for the ride.
