Connie's CarryOut Kitchen was featured in the Northwest Herald on Tuesday, November 24th.
Here are some of the hightlights:
- "We're a little more traditional comfort food, but at a lower price point, and focused on carryout and delivery".
- The new restaurant features pizza delivery, but it adds soups, chili, sandwiches, and burgers, along with take home pizzas that can be reheated to eat that night or another day.
- "Our cook and service times are dramatically reduced," for thin pizza, Stolfe said. "It's 10 minutes rather than 30 minutes for a big stuffed pizza. Customers are responding to our option to get something faster."
- The other hot seller initially is Connie's mini-sandwiches. Small burgers that look like sliders are joined by mini-Italian beef sandwiches and wings in baskets. You can mix and match.
